Buy credits. Spend them when you test.

The first 200 are on us. After that it is one unit across everything the platform does, paid for before it is spent, VAT included in every figure below, no per-seat licence, no reserved capacity sitting idle between releases, and no bill arriving after the fact.

  • Pay as you go

Credits granted against a purchase order, with limits and terms agreed up front. No card, and no card form.

    • Credits against a PO
    • Runs on a schedule, unattended
    • Usage metered in full, for the invoice
    • Retention agreed with you

Prices are in US dollars and include 14% VAT. What the card says is what you pay. Credits are paid for before they are spent, so there is never an invoice for usage you have already had.

What a credit buys

Priced by what each thing costs to run, so a forty-second browser check does not subsidise a six-minute one on a real phone.

A website run
1
A browser, for well under a minute.
An API flow run
1
No device and no browser at all.
An Android or iOS run
3
A device has to start, install your build and settle first.
Load testing
1 per 50 user-minutes
200 people for 10 minutes is 40 credits.
A run that fails to start
0
Nothing was measured, so nothing is charged.

On every plan

The things below are not upgrades. They are how the product is meant to be used, so they are not held back to make a higher plan look better.

  • Everyone on your team

No per-seat charge on any plan. Charging per person would work against the whole point, which is that checking your product stops being one person's job.

  • Recordings and reports

Video of every run and a readable report are part of the service, not an upgrade. Only how long they are kept changes between plans.

  • Access from your pipeline

API keys let your existing build pipeline start a run and read the result, from the first free credit onwards.

  • No bill to fall behind on

Credits are paid for before they are spent, so a balance can never go below zero. There is nothing to owe, nothing to chase, and no card declining at two in the morning.

Questions about pricing

What is a credit?

One unit of work, priced by what it costs to run. A website check is one credit; a phone has to boot, install your build and settle first, so it is three. Load testing is charged by how many people you simulate and for how long. The table above is the whole price list.

What counts as one run?

One journey executed against one platform, however many checks are on it. Fifty checks on one screen is one run, not fifty.

Is there a free trial?

There is no separate trial to start or to end. Every account opens with 200 credits already in it, on the plan it will stay on, with enough to record a real journey on a real device and read the report it produces. No card, no countdown, and nothing to convert from when they run out.

Do credits expire?

Credits you buy never expire. The credits included with a monthly subscription reset each month, which is what makes it a subscription rather than a purchase.

Am I charged for a run that finds a problem?

Yes, that run did exactly what you asked of it, and it is the run you most needed. You are not charged for a run that could not start, or one that failed because of a fault on our side: nothing was measured, so nothing is owed.

What happens when the credits run out?

New runs stop and say so, whether those were the free 200 or a block you bought. Everything already recorded (every report, run, recording and screenshot) stays exactly where it is and can still be read and downloaded. We do not withhold work you have already paid for.

Is VAT included, and do we get a tax invoice?

Included. Every price on this page is what you pay. 14% VAT is already inside it, not added at the checkout. VAT falls due when you buy credits rather than when you spend them, so buying a block produces a tax invoice for that block on the day it is bought, with the VAT shown separately on it for your records.

Can a pipeline run up a surprise bill?

No. Credits are bought before they are spent, so a build pipeline can only ever use what is already on the account. There is no overdraft and no invoice arriving after the fact.

Do we pay per person?

No. Everyone on the team can build checklists and read reports on every plan, including people who only ever read them.

Can we run against a staging environment?

Yes, as long as it is reachable from the internet. Testing against staging with synthetic data is what we recommend. Support for environments behind a firewall is on the roadmap. See the security page.
